Increased range and improved efficiency

One of the most notable improvements of the Model 3 Highland 2025 is the significant increase in its range. The Long Range version now offers up to 630 km WLTP range on a single charge, a 12% increase compared to the previous model. This advancement has been achieved thanks to the implementation of the new structural battery with 4680 cells, improved aerodynamics that reduces the drag coefficient to 0.219 Cd (the lowest in its category), and a more efficient energy management system.

The Performance version has also seen an increase in range, reaching 590 km WLTP, while maintaining its impressive performance with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds.

Range by version

Model 3 Highland 2024:

  • Standard Range: 513 km
  • Long Range: 560 km
  • Performance: 547 km

Model 3 Highland 2025:

  • Standard Range: 550 km
  • Long Range: 630 km
  • Performance: 590 km

Tesla has also confirmed that all 2025 models will incorporate improved fast-charging capability, with peaks of up to 250kW at V3 Superchargers, reducing charging time from 10% to 80% to just 20 minutes under optimal conditions.

Next-generation infotainment system

The new Model 3 Highland 2025 comes equipped with a completely renovated infotainment system, based on HW4 hardware and a new user interface. The 15.4-inch central display now features higher resolution (2800 x 1800 pixels), increased brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a smoother and more detailed visual experience.

  • Native integration with additional streaming services, now including Apple Music and Amazon Music
  • Integrated video conferencing through the interior camera, now with Full HD resolution
  • Improved Tesla Theater with compatibility for more services and 4K resolution
  • New game suite with exclusive titles optimized for the updated hardware
  • Enhanced voice assistant with expanded capabilities and better natural language recognition

"Our goal with the Model 3 Highland 2025 has been to elevate the user experience to a completely new level. The infotainment system is not only faster and visually more impressive, but now offers much deeper integration with the rest of the vehicle's systems, creating a truly cohesive experience."

Full Self-Driving (FSD) Hardware 4.0

All Model 3 Highland 2025 vehicles will come standard with FSD 4.0 hardware, including improved cameras, a new central computing system with greater processing power, and next-generation ultrasonic sensors. This update lays the foundation for future autonomous driving capabilities through software updates.

For the first time, Tesla has integrated a complementary short-range LiDAR system to improve precision in low-speed maneuvers and parking. This system works in conjunction with the cameras to provide a more accurate 3D representation of the vehicle's immediate surroundings.

New customization options

Responding to customer requests, Tesla has significantly expanded the customization options available for the Model 3 Highland 2025:

  • New exterior colors: Three new colors are added to the palette: "Ultramarine" (deep blue), "Metallic Amber" (bronze/copper), and "Emerald" (dark green)
  • Interior options: In addition to the traditional black and white, two new upholstery colors are added: "Cream" and "Ash Gray"
  • New wheel designs: Three new wheel designs are introduced in 18", 19", and 20"

Prices start at $39,990 for the Standard Range version, $46,990 for the Long Range, and $53,990 for the Performance. Tesla has noted that these prices represent a minimal increase compared to previous models, despite the significant improvements implemented.

Additionally, customers who place their orders before December 31, 2024, will receive free Supercharging for 1 year or 5,000 km, whichever comes first.
